SUMMARY:June Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Our June meeting will be this coming Thursday the 11th\, 7pm at Laurel Auto Clinic.  We will be discussing the possibility of a June event\, how Bridger went and making preparations for the July event and next year’s events.  I will be asking for ideas on how to structure next season’s events and how to set the schedule so if you have an opinion on the schedule please come to the meeting or let me know in an email.  I have been compiling the ideas that I have been given in the past year or so and will bring those up so your idea may already be in there.   \n\n\n\nAs of this moment there is no June event to plan for but Hot Shots in Helena at the RMESTC is on July 25th and 26th.  This is an awesome venue and definitely worth the drive if you have never been you should do your best to try and make it.

SUMMARY:August Meeting
DESCRIPTION:We will be holding the August club meeting at Laurel Auto Clinic\, Thursday the 6th at 7 pm. On the agenda is post Helena discussion\, preparations for Lewistown and YDS\, and updates on potential venues. \n\n\n\nAugust 8th and 9th is Motorin’ to Lewistown\, held at the Lewistown Airport.  We will have access to the venue after 5 pm on Friday the 7th.  I plan to have the trailer up there at that time so we can start setting track and preparing for the event.  Camping is allowed but there are no facilities on site\, only porta johns\, so come prepared for that.  Online registration is open on Motorsportsreg.com or can be found HERE. Remember we are adding an additional $5 to all day of registrations so skip the extra fee and sign up online early.  \n\n\n\nAugust 22nd and 23rd is Acton Cross at the Yellowstone Drag Strip.  We are aware that this conflicts with the Billings Airshow and that attendance will be low but opted to keep the event hope for the best.  Online registration is open on Motorsportsreg.com or can be found Here.

SUMMARY:Year-End Banquet
DESCRIPTION:It is that time of year again\, sadly Autocross has come to a close for 2026 and we are having our year end banquet to celebrate the season and hand out the yearly trophies. \n\n\n\nBanquet will be held October 23rd\, 6 pm at the Beartooth Room of HDR Engineering. Address is 2909 Millenium Circle\, Billings MT 59102\, same venue as the past two years.   \n\n\n\nLockwood IGA will be donating us burgers and buns for the main course\, thank you Dave. Chris and Kindra have already called plates\, utensils and napkins.  Please bring your favorite side dish or dessert to share with the crowd\, also we may need some condiments. Bring any beverages you may want\, please no alcohol.  \n\n\n\nVoting for trophies was a success at the last event and there were clear winners for both trophies and those are being engraved currently and will be handed out to their new owners at the banquet.  \n\n\n\nAfter the banquet our very own rock star Bill Edmonson and his band DTR will be playing at Craft Local if you need more fun for the evening it would be worth checking out.   \n\n\n\nThank you for another great Autocross season and thanks to our sponsors\, Bridger Essential Fuels and Bridger Auto Parts for helping make it happen.
