Topics of discussion will be\, upcoming Rally Event and updates on 2026 AutoX schedule. \n\n\n\nRemember you do not need to be a member to come to our meetings\, we welcome everyone to come and voice your concerns and opinions. If you are not able to attend a meeting and have something you want discussed send us an email and we will bring it up at the meeting and Kindra will make sure and add the discussion to the Newsletter.  \n\n\n\nWith the New Year do not forget to renew Minor Waivers for 2026.  These waivers are based on a calendar year not from date of filing so ALL Minors will need a new waiver for 2026.  Only minors who are planning on Riding/ Driving need to have waivers on file\, spectators do not require a Minor Waiver.  \n\n\n\nSCCA has extended the 2010 Snell helmets through 2026.  With this in mind though if you have a 2010 helmet you should start shopping for a newer model.  Generally SCCA will allow helmets for 15 years so the newer the helmet the longer it will be usable.

Text is best. \n\n\n\nSetup is at 7:00 am. On-site registration and pre-registration check-in are open from 7:30 to 8:45 am. We accept cash or credit card only. Please be there on time as late registrations may not be accepted. If your car needs tech inspection\, please be there by 7:30. We hold a MANDATORY driver’s meeting at 9:00am and start running shortly after.  All drivers MUST attend the meeting in order to participate.  Please try to arrive at the event site no later 7:45am to ensure you have time for registration/check-in\, getting your car ready\, and walking the course before the meeting. We generally take a short lunch break about noon and wrap up the day around 4:00 pm. \n\n\n\nThere will not be concessions so remember to bring a lunch. \n\n\n\nAll competitors are required to perform work assignments when they’re not running. Failure to do so could result in disqualification. If you have a special circumstance\, such as a disability\, please make the event staff aware at registration check-in. If anyone is working in your stead\, they also need to attend the drivers meeting. \n\n\n\nA brief tech inspection will be performed\, checking for things like loose wheels\, excessive steering slop\, spongy breaks\, etc.  The number one cause of tech failures is not having the battery properly tied down\, please double check that before the event (no bungi cords). \n\n\n\nThe SCCA classes all cars based on what the car is\, and what modifications have been done.  The SCCA Rulebook (there is a link on our website) contains all the classing information.  Please try to class your car before you arrive but feel free to ask at an event or better yet use the “contact us” feature on our website or ask on our Facebook if you need some help classing your car before event day. \n\n\n\nJoin the SCCA @ www.scca.com \n\n\n\nYearly Membership is $85.00 for single and $105.00 for family. DESCRIPTION:REGISTER HERE: MotorsportReg \n\n\n\nCome join us for some fun in the dirt. \n\n\n\nNot sure about Rallycross\, just think autocross but in the dirt\, more sliding\, more fun. We will be running a points award system for the entire Rallycross season which will pay out at the end of the season. \n\n\n\nTech and registration open at 8:00 am\, drivers meeting will happen as close to 9 as possible and runs will begin before 10.  The drivers meeting is mandatory for all drivers so please come early and plan accordingly. \n\n\n\nSCCA members will be $40 \n\n\n\nNon- SCCA members will be $55 \n\n\n\nHelp us by registering early so we know how many to expect. \n\n\n\nEvent requirements\n\n\n\nA Valid driver’s license or learners permit (permit restrictions apply) is required for all drivers. \n\n\n\nIf you have questions about what car you can compete with you can contact Matthew Boggio at (406)-671-6747.
